  • Created and maintained a database of a fictional hospital with several locations throughout the city.
  • Utilized SQL to create Tables, Horizontal Fragmentations, Global Views, Materialized Views, Procedures and Roles to help better maintain the database.

Software Tutorial Project, Course CST2410                                                                                       08/19 – 12/19

  • Wrote a tutorial for basic use of Wireshark. This included baselining traffic, passive network discovery, detecting HTTP redirects, etc.
  • Used wording that would be easy for a novice in Computer Science to follow.

Business Creation Project, Course BUS2425                                                                                     08/19 – 12/19

  • Role in Group: Leader/Manager/Director
  • Create an idea of a small business and create things such as Job Titles and Descriptions, Corporate Hierarchy, Business Plans, Financial Statements, Marketing Strategies, how we get supplies, etc.
  • My Role: Supervise, provide advice, and direct my other groupmates on how to get their tasks done. Build relationships with my groupmates to understand how they feel about the project and what is troubling them, and plan accordingly.

General Skills

  • Independent Working: I am comfortable with being given responsibility. During my second year of college, I finished work on a project that normally requires two people, while also meeting the high standards set forth by the professor for that course. My work was used as an example for the class as the academic standard as my research was thorough and my documentation was excellent.
  • Attention to Detail: I have an eye for detail. In my work regarding coding – specifically SQL – I make sure each line of the query makes sense. I strive for excellence and attempt to deliver quality results. Under my eye, no query will miss a parentheses or semicolon.
  • Reliability: Through my academic projects and courses I have proven to be an extremely goal-oriented person. I have never been late with a task. I excel at planning ahead of time for tasks. In my Database Creation/Maintenance Project, I had a plan for each phase of the project, even if it is months ahead.
  • Leadership: In my academic courses involving groupwork I always volunteer to lead. I am often first to speak and keep the conversation focused on the work and goals. If roles are involved, I help my team to pick roles based on their strengths. I work with my team, and make sure each member is performing to the best of their abilities and are given adequate support and guidance from me.
  • Peer Mediation: I excel at resolving conflicts. During a previous project, peer relations grew tense. I brought the two parties in conflict together and mediated the conflict between them. With my help both parties reconciled and work on the project increased for the better. I ensure disputes are always solved in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Technical Writing: I excel at writing technically. In a previous course, I summarized a 5-page scholarly article on Computer Systems in ~500 words while meeting the high academic standards put forth by the course and my professor.

Awards and Achievements

  • Honour Roll three times and High Honour Roll one time at high school.
  • Received my Associates Degree Cum Laude at College.
  • In university, my work is often used by professors to demonstrate academic standards.
  • Inducted member of The National Society of Leadership and Success’ New York City College of Technology chapter. 2020 – present.
